Services

We offer services directly to victims of crime related cases in Vermillion County.  Below are resources for therapy services, our victim packet and our online form to fill out the victim packet, if you wish to do so.  There is information on how to vacate a no contact order and how to get a protective order in the State of Indiana.

RIGHT TO BE INFORMED.  You have the right to be informed, upon request, about the progress of the criminal case involving you.  Further, the State provides an automated victim notification system, which is known as SAVIN and may be accessed at indianasavin.in.gov or by calling 1-866-891-0330.  Through SAVIN, you may not only view up-to-date information about an offender’s status but also register for notification of a change in that status, such as an offender’s release.
