The Indiana Supreme Court issued an Order affecting all Indiana Courts and outlining restrictions on court operations. Many courts, have also obtained emergency orders affecting their operations.

How Will This Affect My Pending Court Case, where I am the Victim?

We are currently following the Governor's Back on Track Plan and at this time the commissioners have limited public access to the courthouse to appointment only.  Please contact us you before you show up for any court hearings as long as this situation continues.  Masks and temperature checks are required to enter the building, even with an appointment.

We will continue to keep everyone updated on their cases.  If you have any questions please contact 765-492-5379 and leave a detailed message.   You can also use the contact form on this page or email me at here.

This is the county website, which should additional updates come available.
